30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items Please note that our 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to all orders. The following items are exempt from refunds:

• Sale Items: Any items purchased at a discounted/sale price are considered final sale.

• Free Shipping Promotions: Items acquired during a "free shipping" promotion or promotional bundle are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@browstamp.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
